Aaron Blevins Suicide: It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aaron Blevins Jr., a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend. Born on January 3, 2010, in Columbus, Indiana, Aaron was the son of Aaron Blevins Sr. and Suzanna “Susie” (Mullis) Little.
A bright and ambitious young man, Aaron was a junior at Jennings County High School and a dedicated student in the welding program at Versailles Career Center. He possessed a strong sense of purpose, with dreams of serving his country in either the U.S. Navy or the Air Force upon graduation. Aaron found joy in many pursuits, from the creativity of welding and the intricate builds of Legos to the camaraderie of the JCHS Game Club and his time as a member of Boy Scout Troop #536. He was also a lover of animals and an avid PlayStation enthusiast.
Aaron’s memory will be cherished by his loving family, including his father, Aaron (Marly) Blevins Sr.; his mother, Susie (Justin) Little; his brothers, Jackson Little and Tyler Mullikin; and his sisters, Brynnaleigh Blevins, Kenzi Little, Taryn Hook, and Kiera Ross. He is also survived by his grandparents, several great-grandparents, and a large circle of cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wayne Mullis; great-grandfather, Larry Treadway; and great-grandparents, Jack and Diane Blevins.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon, with Rev. Terry Branham officiating. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Indiana Suicide Prevention.
