SOLOMONS, Md. — Emergency crews responded Tuesday evening to a serious multi-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on the Gov. Thomas Johnson Memorial Bridge, prompting a significant emergency response and traffic disruptions between St. Mary’s and Calvert counties.
The incident was reported at approximately 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 25, according to dispatch information. Initial reports indicated that the collision occurred just beyond the bridge on the St. Mary’s County side.
